How can therapy help you?
Are you overwhelmed with life, struggling with low self esteem, anxiety, binge eating and the impact this has had on you, your life and relationships?
I am a qualified, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, accredited with the BABCP. I can help you navigate this time and move forward. I help people experiencing binge eating disorders, anxiety, low mood, depression and low self esteem, I can also help women experiencing hot flushes through perimenopause and menopause.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy explores how what you think and do affects how you feel. This is an evidenced based therapy and is recommended in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and coping with the symptoms and impact of menopause.
Together, we will work on ‘Project You’ and help you feel empowered and ready to face the world !
You are not alone.
I offer online one to one sessions, or in person in Ayrshire.
